Placing an order

To place an order please send an email including the product codes for the designs you would like to wholesale@sophiebrabbins.com

  • Minimum of 6 per design

  • Minimum orders for Carriage Paid £150

  • Minimum opening order £50

  • Reorder minimums £50

Payment

Orders are on a pro forma basis and will be processed once payment has been received. 30 Day payment terms may be available upon request to existing customers with an established relationship.

The Client shall pay all invoices within 14 days of their receipt unless otherwise specified. Interest at a rate of 8% per month plus the Bank of England base rate is payable on any balance unpaid after 14 days of the date of invoice. This will also incur a collection fee of £40.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise specified. Tracking details from the courier will be provided once the order has been processed. If you have a desired time frame to receive your order we will do our best to accommodate you.

Back Orders

All out of stock/back ordered items ship free of charge when they become available. All back orders are invoiced at the same time as the original purchase order.

Cancellations

All sales are final. Any damages must be reported to wholesale@sophiebrabbins.com within 10 days of receipt of order. Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations made beyond 24 hours incur a 15% restocking fee.
