Delivery and Returns


 

Postage

We endeavour to protect all items posted out. Every order is packed in protected packaging, either board backed envelopes or cardboard boxes. However if your item arrives damaged please inform us within 14 days via email.

Cards are individually cello wrapped and Gift wrap will be sent folded, unless otherwise requested.

Delivery

All items are posted directly from the studio here in the UK. Orders will either be sent via Royal Mail First Class or My Hermes Tracked Delivery. 

Delivery charges are £1.50-3.50 depending on the size and weight of your order.

Orders will be delivered between 2-5 days.

Any orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns

Any return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving an order. 

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet this criteria, the time limit, or are non-returnable, will be declined. The buyers is responsible for return postage costs and are advised to return items via a tracked method as lost returns cannot be refunded.

Non Returnable Items include sale and promotional items and any customised items.

Requesting a Return

To request a return please get in touch via hello@sophiebrabbins.com where we can advise on how best to go about this and help you further. Any items returned without contacting us via email first may be exempt from receiving a refund.

Receiving a Refund

Once your item has been received by us, you will be contacted via email to update you on the status of your refund, and if it has been approved or rejected based on the terms stated above. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a 14 day period.

Lost Orders

If you believe an item you have ordered may be lost please get in touch via hello@sophiebrabbins.com so that we can look into this for you. Most items are sent tracked should you pay for express shipping, so we are happy to look into this for you.
